Nous partageons les 70 hectares de notre exploitation entre la culture du bl\u00e9, seigle, et sarrasin n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la boulangerie, et des prairies d\u2019herbe et de luzerne pour assurer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du sol. Notre bl\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9 en partie de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s anciennes et moulu sur meule de pierre.
